Staying in a double room with a view of the inner yard was great - it had everything we needed. The location was spot on, with a U-Bahn station close by for easy transportation. The area around here was really nice too! 🌟

Very central location, relatively near Imperial Carriage Museum Vienna. Enjoyed beautiful area. Had double room with internet connection, well designed furniture and the view on the inner yard.

Location: the hotel was so close to the U Bahn, quiet location, and the U-bahn station and Schönbrunn palace. There was café Cafe Restaurant Residenz, that I found within 15 minutes' walk of the venue. I appreciated staying here and recommend to family.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options including scrambled eggs, bread, and sausages. the service was excellent, and we had no complaints. the hotel had on-site parking. the central location was ideal, with the palace and museum within walking distance.

I stayed in a double room with a large bathroom, which was a great feature; they even provided a hairdryer and soap, the location was ideal, only a 5-minute walk from a beautiful baroque palace!

Reasonably large and spotless units and amicable staff at reception desk. A wide range of food at the breakfast, including scrambled eggs, fresh bread, and bangers. Very central location cLOSE TO THE "U-BAHN " STATION with nice views.

The setting was unbeatable, adjacent to the city center and the subway, and close to Schönbrunn Palace.

In short...Great Value for Money. Very nice hotel, not central but with easy access (15min subway) and next to a must see feature of Vienna (Castle Schönbrunn). Very clean, comfortable bed and room, functional bathroom, all the necessary features, namely: a/c, iron, dryer, coffee pot, fridge, minimarket, internet (see comments below). Everything worked flawlessly and had some nice small details like: detailed neighborhood map available, free coffee to go in the lobby (mornings), all consumables (shampoo, coffee, sugar) are replaced daily, fridge is empty so we can store our own stuff or buy things in the hotel minimarket 24/7 (drinks, chocolate, cookies), safe luggage storage before check-in and after checkout. Staff is professional and helpful...(not always true in Vienna). Price is very good for a 4 star hotel if booked in advance...i got 75EUR/night for a double (w/o breakfast). Would stay there again. As a side note...i also got great customer support from Booked.net when trying to get extra info about the hotel and my booking.

Breakfast could be cheaper (15eur per person) but there are lots of coffee shops nearby or in the center. Internet in the room could be free...but I think you can get free internet either in the reception or the business center (but I am not sure as I didn't need it anyway). Both issues are "standard" in Vienna hotels and no real complaints for me. Just mentioned them so that other travelers would be aware.

Spacious rooms with coffee facilities, overlooking a quiet courtyard, king-size bed for ultimate comfort, and super friendly staff always ready to help! 😊

Location just beside Schönbrunn Castle and a 5 minute walk to the subway.Went there because my parents recommended it!

Reasonably spacious unit with clean rooms and cozy beds. Perfect location right by Schoenbrunn palace and park, as well as the Vienna subway system. - Close to the Orangery at Schoenbrunn Palace Concert Hall.

Liked: cleaness, proximity to U4 metro line (5 min walk), helpful staff, bed comfort

Didn't like: price for breakfast is 16 EUR/pers (dis-connected from quality of offered products).One can have a better breakfast for same amount in a Cafe downtown and a standard breakfast for defintely less in one of the numerous bakeries around town.
