The room I booked had a comfortable bed, climate control, pay TV, and coffee/tea making machines. The bathtub in the private bathroom was a nice addition. The location was convenient and special, near the airport, front desk staff, zoo, aquarium. The service was excellent with a modern atmosphere.

The hotel was a lovely place for enjoying a fairly nice area, just next door to other kid friendly activities, the steak house, and Sea World. The food was DECENT with plenty of alternatives. The location was very special and favourable, only 5 minutes walk to Martini Club. The staff was amiable - we would stay here again.

It has great and unbeatable setting to the steak house next door. Facilities are good, and there's shuttle to the airport.

The location of this place is super convenient - it's really close to the airport, car rentals, the zoo, and other fun things to do with the kids. The people working at the front desk were so nice and helpful! 🌟 We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing service and the shuttle to the airport was a huge bonus. The whole vibe here is modern and stylish, creating a cool atmosphere for your stay.

better organization for ordering food, ie. breakfast. Took too long. The desk phone needs to be answered from rooms so that a wake up call may be placed, anything wrong in room could be notified, in case of emergency.

I got a cool room with a big bed, a balcony, and a spacious bathroom. 🌟

The hotel was great, and I loved it. The king room was outstanding and exceptionally clean. It had a bathtub in the big bathroom.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were unprofessional.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was absolutely great and excellent. Had particularly good location really close to multiple dining options. - the venue was adjacent to very good restaurants.

Could not turn off the fan to the AC unit.

I like the location of the hotel not too far from downtown and it was right next door to the location and the setup of the hotel was real nice

I didn't like the room so much it was a double bed and I thought I booked a room for a king size bed

Had a very relaxing stay on a business trip. The staff was top-class, great. Enjoyed the room with a king size bed, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was marvelous and unbeatable, just a pleasant stroll away from Largest Boots in Texas. Located in a pretty nice area close to The Bistro and the steak house next door, a nice comfy base for me. The food I tried was decent and they have a wide range of meals to choose from.

I was supposed to stay at the Courtyard, but when I got there, they said they had booked the rooms already. However the guy was so nice and apologized. We had to move to Fairfield Inn next door and they upgraded our rood.

The shower did not work, so we had to wait an hour for the workers to drill holes and fix the shower.
