The room was well decorated and luxurious, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful. The hotel had a great pool and parking on-site. The location was comfortable and convenient, close to the freeway and Dinner Key Marina.

The hotel is clean and small, and the staff is caring. A beautiful location, just a 5-minute walk from Cocowalk. The on-site restaurant serves good food. The customer service is excellent. I always have a thoroughly enjoyable stay here.

It has STUNNING, exceptionally nice setting, close to the fitness center and Coconut Grove and parks. All the staff members are very friendly and top-class. Every time in Miami we stay in this hotel.

The hotel is situated in an upscale area with beautiful parks, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. The location is fantastic, and it's just a short 18-minute drive to downtown. Additionally, the staff, with the exception of one manager, was friendly and accommodating. The valet service was efficient and the rooms were spacious, providing ample space to relax after a long day exploring the area.

There was no map in the rooms telling what and where their restaurant and pool were. Also I had to ask where the ice was and it was either three floors or eight floors up.
