I found the hotel's location marvelous and absolutely perfect, very close to the West Natick train station for Boston, and shopping, and restaurants. I had a reasonably priced room with a balcony.

The hotel in Natick, a top choice. Free breakfast with a wide array of food options. Reasonably spacious room with an incredibly comfortable bed. Fantastic and ideal location, with convenient access to restaurants, the mall, and nearby stores.

The rooms were spacious and came with a balcony and cool temperature control. The staff was incredibly nice, making our stay really enjoyable. The location was perfect, being close to a major shopping area.

We loved having a balcony in our rooms, it was a nice touch! The staff here were super friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was spot on, close to restaurants and a mall - they even gave us a lift there! 🌟

The shower curtain and liner could have been longer or the shower bar lower.

You can tell this is a terrific hotel from the moment you walk in. Reception desk is the first thing you see, and the desk staff is top-notch. The lobby is handsomely decorated and immaculate. Everything stays top-notch from that point on, including the bed, which was one of the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a hotel.

My only reservation (no pun intended) is the nightly cost. I'm not sure if this is really a $250+ per night hotel. I think $200 per night is more like it, but I'm really nit-picking when I say that. We'd stay there again and gladly pay the same price, even though it reduces the Value for Money rating to 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

Room was spacious and available with a balcony, a frigid temperature, king size bed. Our hotel was in a good location near a mall.

Clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. Location is convenient for accessing the Mass Pike and nearby shopping options. Friendly staff provided helpful service, except for one grumpy lady in the morning. a satisfactory stay.

The hotel was terrific and great. We appreciated its accommodating staff. The breakfast was free. The check-in was fast. All the facilities were pretty nice. The location was marvelous, approximately a 10-15 minute walk from a state park.

Staff went our of their way to satisfy us, the shuttled us to the stop and shop 5 min away just so I could get blue cheese for my pizza. (I'm from NY)

The breakfast spread had a great variety of options. The hotel's location in Natick was ideal, with easy access to UK tram stops, the West Natick train station, and a major shopping center. The staff were very accommodating and check-in was quick. The bar at the hotel was nice and enjoyable.

Fine accommodating rooms with whirlpool tub, king size bed facing the window plus a balcony. Marvellous location in 2012 for a soccer tournament, free breakfast. A great selection of food options approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue...
