As for me location is prime and quiet, close enough to restaurants and Bangor ahead of schedule due to rain in the area. It has both efficient and competent staff.

It has thoughtful and helpful staff and good facilities. The location is prime, 2 miles from Bangor Mall. You could walk to a shopping mall and retailers.

The room with modern furniture. The location was prime and comfy, away from the Bistro, in the downtown area. I often went to Papa John's Pizza to pick up some food.

Thoughtful and competent stuff, great service. Reasonably priced, large rooms with modern furniture and couch, for example. A lot of fresh food for meals.

The hotel was nicely decorated, and I liked competent staff and immaculate room. The service was all in all efficient. Lucky me, got ironing free of charge too. Magnificent and favourable location close to many restaurants, met what I needed. Further, it was close to the downtown area, and popular eateries.

As foreign tourists, we were delighted with the friendly and accommodating staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The young woman who checked us in and worked various shifts throughout our stay was a true ambassador for the hotel. She consistently provided excellent service, always wearing a smile and being very personable. The kiosk by the elevators, which allowed us to print our boarding passes, was a convenient and much-appreciated feature. The heated pool was a big hit with our kids and provided a fun and relaxing experience for all of us.

We felt very well taken care of during our stay and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Location was great; staff very friendly; clean and well-kept facility. We enjoyed the staff at the bistro -- they were very nice to my 11-year old. The staff was also quick to make up the sofa bed for my daughter, and bring extra pillows and towels.

Tried to switch to a room with two queens (instead of a king with sofa bed), and we could not because we had booked through a third party.

This hotel had everything I needed and more. The rooms were spacious and modern, with a convenient refrigerator to keep my drinks cool. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing great suggestions for nearby restaurants. The location was perfect - quiet enough for a peaceful stay, yet close to all the activities I wanted to do. And the best part? The breakfast was included, making it a great value for money.

No improvements needed, everything was just right.

The setting is excellent and exceptionally nice, near lots of restaurants, Bangor ahead of schedule and restaurant. The staff are efficient and the room is good-sized and immaculate with modern furniture.

Great property, friendly staff, accommodating service. Family brought items for special occasion, staff did excellent job. Tasty breakfast, friendly service. Heated pool a hit with kids. Kiosk for printing boarding passes was convenient. Best hotel on Illinois-Maine trip. Helpful, quiet location near shops and restaurants. Would stay again.
