Perfectly fine business hotel, very reasonable prices for the cleanest and the staff were very efficient and pleasant.
During my last visit, I paid the lowest price I have ever paid in Kingston for what was by far the best room I have had in a Kingston hotel.
I would rate this as a very good value three star business hotel which would amply satisfy the needs of most travellers.
The wines were very pricey thru the hotel so we bought several bottles from the grocery store for a decent price.
The location is good and the park is great for walking.
Convenient location in New Kingston, taxis as well and a superb public recreational park.
The location of the hotel is right in the heart of trendy New Kingston, within walking distance of all the happening spots for nightlife, restaurants, a superb public recreational park and need I say shopping.
Do not take the JUTA taxis via the hotel.
As we pulled up in the taxi, we were surprised at howbeautiful the hotel grounds were.
I was relieved to find that the room was spacious, with two double beds, good storage space, a decent bathroom with bath and over the bath shower.
The suite had a four-poster mahogany king size bed, complimentary wireless Internet access, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker and complimentary supplies and cable TV.
The rooms were v nice, and spacious, nice bed and TV etc.
I slept well in the bed and my room was cleaned each day.
The four poster mahogany bed was very comfortable and there was a separate area in the bedroom that had a large desk.
About 1/4 of a mile away are fast food restaurant, farther afield are clubs and more restaurants, but the area is rather dead after dark and can be intimidating.
Food was great (both the pool bar and Alexanders restaurant), so was the service, all the bar tenders are very friendly and chatty.
Breakfast nice and easy as you serve yourself, food in the bar and restaraunt is really good, I would recommend jerk chicken and pasta, also great red bean soup.
The hotel was very close to bar clubs and restaurants all within easy walking distance.
The hotel restaurant is good enough and breakfast is basic.
On arrival the lobby and front desk are very modern and the staff were very efficient and pleasant.
From the moment I entered the lobby and was greeted by the pleasant Reception staff I knew that I had made a great choice!
Wireless internet is available, but reception is best in the lobby area and by the pool.
One problem with the Courtleigh is that the Hilton's pool area is very close to its western side.
It's well guarded, except on the sidewalk and parking lot.
The wireless internet worked flawlessly - a requirement for me.
We took our laptop with us and received complimentary Wi-Fi!
The room was clean and kept tidy by the staff.
The rooms are very spacious and clean with every modern convenience for a business traveler that you can imagine.
Staff were friendly and the room was clean.
Our room was extremely clean and comfortable.
The rooms are old colonial style and have an old feel to them but they are clean and well kept.
