  Very helpful staff, very comfortable room and plenty of clean towels. Very good food.

  Noisy at weekends due to three bars/ clubs in close proximity and hotel is dirty.

  Good position in the town, near railway Station and wonderful eating establishments within easy walking distance. The hotel is adequate and service couldn't have been better. The rooms are spacious and airy, the food is delightful and the chicken strips just awesome, the receptionist tried to be helpful.

  The central location was fine, as my taxi was waiting, I just left my key and left, the Hotel was a lot better than I expected after reading some reviews. The staff were very helpful, receptionist was really nice and the room was very large and spacious having a double and a single bed. Mattresss were of the cheap variety and breakfasts were good.

  Excellent location for station, great stop off from m6 and would stay again I prefered to the Ibis just down the road. Staff very happy to help at all times, very small poky room in need of a good clean.

  The building is old and has obviously seen better days, the receptionist wasn't very helpful and seem disinterested.

  The location is ideal and bed quite comfortable and easy access to train station. The county hotel has clearly seen better days is not apparent from your web content, plenty of hot water any time of day and tea and toast very good.

  Great for train station, central location and budget and a little tired hotel. Fine for the price, friendly staff and receptionist was very helpful and attentive. My room was very clean, breakfast was good and the Polish waitresses were just as nice.

  Near to the train station, convenient location and staff at the hotel were friendly check in was a breeze breakfast was very good. Shower was piping hot, the menu was varied and the food was well cooked and presented.

  Very handy for the train station, good location and the hotel was central for the city centre. Reception was pleasant and helpfull, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was very nice.

  Great location for city centre and the nightlife, once elegant hotel, fine for the money. The staff were helpful and our room was extremely comfortable and the food was lovely. The breakfast was nice.

  The location was perfect and adequate car parking in a central location, hotel well located in town, the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable and breakfast next morning was very good.
