Amazing building and rooms with a great view. A wide array of facilities like: climate control, multi-channel television, and a mini bar fridge. Great dishes, countryside location close to Pai town center. And near to beautiful surroundings, stunning views and the mountains from the rooftop deck and the waterfall, country trails and roads past the main town...

Overall it was a very relaxing stay during our visit. We walked everywhere, the location was stunning, back to the bus station. The lunch in Thien Art Space minute walk from the hotel had every choice imaginable.

Perfect hotel with good sized rooms and a personal bathroom. Polite staff from maids. Fantastic, favourable location short walk to Mae Hong Son, mountains and rice fields, and nature and landscape.

The rooms are impressive and air conditioned, and are complete with the AC and great rooftop views. The service is FANTASTIC, includes good parking.

The location was amazing, relatively near a hilltop temple. There was a great restaurant, a night market and a market next door.

Amazing location just next door to the busstation, and the village centre.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent, especially considering the prices in the surrounding area. The attention to detail in the rooms is wonderful, with the rooms looking exactly like the photos. The location of this hotel is fantastic, surrounded by beautiful rice fields just outside of town. It's a pleasant walk to the city center.

The complimentary lifts to-and-from town were not available, which was a bit disappointing.

The huts were idyllic and the view of the mountains and rice paddies surrounding was beautiful. The swimming pool was a nice feature although it is very small and the sun loungers were nice but there were only four of them so not enough. The seating area on top of the roofs was a nice idea as it allows you to eat outside and take in the views. Free pick up from Pai and she was willing to do some lifts. Free internet was a positive.

The owner was very unhelpful and rude at times. We went to eat at the restaurant at 6.30 (it closes at 7) and were told she had no food to give us so we should go to town. This was in the middle of a huge thunder and rain storm so there was no way we were going to walk to pai and back with out getting soaked. We were going on a trek the next day at 6am and needed an early night and something to eat so after much persuasion she finally cooked us some pancakes. Also the breakfast menu was very limited ( i couldnt have french toast but could have eggs and toast?) Location was poor, was a twenty minute walk to the centre and this was over a dirt track which was quite scary in the dark for three young girls. When we first arrived our room was covered in ants and there was obviously a nest. However once we complained this was sorted quickly and effectively. Very lumpy pillows and alrightish mattresses. You can defiantly find better in a closer location with a better host.

Had an absolutely amazing stay during our visit, everything was very easy. The location of the hotel was incredible, near the mountain. And it was also really close to the fields and hills, beautiful surroundings, stunning views and Mae Hong Son.

Exceptionally comfortable beds in our deluxe room. Amazing location away from the main town centre, in the calm area.
