The staff was very amiable, best all the time. The rooms were brand-new and beautifully maintained with private bathroom. The service was excellent, I had 3 restful nights here.

Had very nice stay on a Road Trip, the staff were best, location was good close to everything. I loved suite where the air was working perfect. Climate control, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave oven were useful.

That was quiet and incredibly friendly hotel set in great area, very close to stores & restaurants and the SEC baseball tournament and zoo and mcwane. The location was great and close to places we visited. Went to Chili's Grill & Bar for drink or two, set at a short distance from the venue.

It offers newly decorated rooms with the air was working perfect, microwave and shower, and every member of the staff was friendly professional.

Awesome location, the breakfast was good hot with pastry and strawberries & whip cream for the waffles, as for instance.

The staff are efficient, the location is excellent. 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located by the common area.

Extremely helpful and very friendly staff who were always there to help. Stayed in king room with a “ good ” breakfast included which was perfect for me. I could use coffee and sound-proofed windows.

This branded hotel had particularly nice views. We got a room with bathtubs. Had an awesome stay on a Road Trip, would definitely come back.

The location is perfect and excellent, 3 miles from Birmingham Ballet. There is a good restaurant just a pleasant stroll away from hotel. The venue has newly decorated and large rooms with microwave and a bath, for example.

The breakfast was good hot, had a lot of options and the food was good. Peaceful and comfy location, it was not far from Birmingham on a business trip, the golf course, and several restaurants. Furthermore, in an area with several hotels.

The staff provided excellent service, and the accommodations were satisfactory. The location was convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel offered a quiet atmosphere and had amenities like a pool and borrow library.

The pool area is nice too. The rooms with water had leaked in and the handicap, for instance. Awesome, convenient location in Birmingham, just next door to restaurants and gas, stores, and the four storied establishment.

Loved the room with a king bed, my bed was nice. The hotel had indeed a marvellous location to bars. I had a fine time here and would stay here again.
