  Most staff very friendly too, clean room and the breakfast changes daily and is filling and delicious.

  Not all hotels act in such a professional manor and hard boiled eggs would have been nice.

  Comfy bed and overall quiet accomodations, good food, only one kind of fruit and mini cups of Trix yogurt.

  The staff and the maids were very helpful and very understanding about our situation, the hotel was very nice. The lobby was very inviting, and our room was great, the service was very friendly and responsive, the carpet, walls, drapes, bath, etc_ all had various marks. The refrigerator worked fine, the food provided at breakfast was sufficient and pool was warm enough and clean.

  The elevator smelled of vomit and the elevator carpet looked dirty, no eggs were available at all.

  Breakfast is a big disappointment, especially since this area is big on pancake breakfasts, decent place close to Busch Gardens and we experienced the customer service that you expect at a 5 star property. The beds are comfortable and i loved the tall window and high ceilings, the pool is nice and the hot tube is realy nice.

  Good proximity to jamestown center and williamsburg winery, great Place, adequate for the price. Beautiful lobby, wonderful Staff and the room was clean and the bathroom was also clean. Coffee was also available and the heated pool was open 11pm.

  Historic williamsburg area was only a few minutes drive the next morning and hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was great.

  Only one washer/dryer worked and was overpriced, the pool was totally disgusting.

  Nice pool area, warm in winter to swim, this hotel is clean and kept well, the staff is very accommodating. Suites is very consistent in my experiences and breakfast options are good.

  Really good location and great Hotel. I loved the cookies and apples available in the lobby, courteous staff. Baths and beds were clean, the free breakfast was OK and had all of the basics.

  This place was great and the staff were also very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean, the continental breakfast even included sausage and bacon.
