Would stay here again, greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room is immaculately clean and comes equipped with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave. The location is fantastic, with proximity to local restaurants, stores, many eating places, the university, and entertainment options like uw Platteville.

Truly enjoyed my time here. Breakfast was free, amazing views, favourable location really close to stores, restaurants, and gas stations, and downtown.

The only thing I pretty much liked was the bed was comfortable.

When i arrived there to check in, they told me that i was already checked in. Im like lady im just arriving for the first time. Come to find out that they checked me in under a guy name and use his credit card to pay for the room. So they had to reverse the charges from his card to mine. It was a mess. The food was terrible and half cooked. The eggs and sausage were cooked in the microwave. I saw one of the staff people put the sausages on the floor while she cooked the eggs in microwave. My refrigerator didn't work in my room. This hotel is overly priced for its quality. Motel 6 probably would have been better.

The hotel's location is convenient, close to local restaurants, stores, and attractions. The room was tastefully decorated and spacious, featuring a pull-out sofa, a hot tub, and a whirlpool. We enjoyed an exceptional breakfast in their pool area, with juices, sausage, and a variety of options available.

The walls in the room were dirty, the front desk staff did not seem very knowledgable, and the hot tub was not very hot.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. Firstly, the rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as having USB outlets conveniently located by the bed and desk. The breakfast options were quite good, especially the delicious Belgian waffles. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with many restaurants nearby and the convenience of being close to downtown.

It would have been helpful to have larger garbage cans in the rooms, especially for guests staying multiple days. However, this didn't greatly affect my overall positive experience at this hotel.

The staff and the breakfast were terrific

No elevator, since I am disabled. We were placed on the first floor which was a busy place.

Room spacious, beds comfy, nice puffy linens to snuggle in. Bathroom spacious and clean.

Need a bigger whirl pool on the weekends. college town and families come in groups.
