Very comfortable, clean, great staff, good location. The lobby area was nice and homey, with an underground parking garage to take advantage of. The staff is friendly, there are loads of good restaurants nearby, and the freeway access is excellent. I enjoyed the fresh cookies and coffee in the lobby and found the front seating area a great spot to relax. The outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers, and proximity to attractions like Ontario Mills Outlet and Citizens Business Bank Arena made our stay enjoyable and facilitated family bonding. Some cleanliness issues were present, but overall a pleasant stay.

The rooms were clean with super comfy beds, and the staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was absolutely top-notch, with the cook always ensuring everything was well-stocked. I loved having the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers to relax on, but it would've been even better if the fire pit was working properly. 💫

The room was stocked and brand-new with a shower and a hairdryer in the private bathroom. Central location was a plus.

All in all good and ideal setting really close to another plaza with ross along with other stores and movie theaters and restaurants, and Ontario Mills shopping and the Airport.

This hotel was well-kept and exceptionally comfortable with exceptionally nice staff from night shift. We really enjoyed king room provided with refrigerator and king bed, for example. The location was particularly good and stunning, to terminal 2 or 4!

I selected this hotel for a synod trip, and the Free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV with HBO were perfect for unwinding after meetings. Whether for work or relaxation, these amenities were a great addition to the stay.

The only service I missed for work was a printing and copying service for some urgent documents.

I loved having 2 queen size beds in the room, that was cool too. And the bed was comfy. The hotel had a central location near the mall. Moreover, it was very close to restaurant.

The room at Country Inn & Suites, Ontario Mills, CA was perfect for me. The microwave and fridge made snacking easy, and the full-length mirror and ironing board helped me look my best. The premium bedding felt so cozy and made me sleep like a baby, and the free Wi-Fi was a lifesaver for staying connected.

I didn't love the air conditioning in the room, but I know others might not mind it as much.

Movie night before shopping at the mall - the snacks in the room saved the day. The mall was massive, had all the big brands. Wi-Fi and HBO to chill after a long day. Loved the hairdryer and iron too! Got free tickets to a hockey game. The fitness room helped me burn off all those mall treats. And oh, close to wineries for my hobby - winemaking. Perfect for a family getaway. Cheers!

The location was particularly good and ideal: shopping malls and a market where within walking distance. Our king room with coffee maker, 2 queen beds was nicely furnished.

The room we had included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

Lots of stores to empty my wallet at and an armchair to sit on while my kids watch a movie.

Such a shame that the staff couldn't be bothered to accommodate my early check-in request. Poor service, darling.

Have stayed here many times and would come here again. Clean hotel, I appreciated helpful staff.
