The only reason I'm giving this hotel 2 stars is the price.

I know that sounds severe, but I've never felt like going to another hotel in my life, but I kept thinking even though it was prepaid, it might be worth it to lose the money and go elsewhere.

Next thing I know is the credit card bill came with incurred fees from the hotel.

The location was great, very close to Colonial Williamsburg, shopping and dining and only about 10 minutes from Busch Gardens.

Very quiet location but close to everything.

It is in a nice location off the main road, but still close to all the attractions.

This hotel is in an excellent location, quiet area, yet close to the Colonial area and many shops and restaurants close by.

Great location - close to Williamsburg, the place is nice.

The bath mat seemed to have been glued down to hide some sort of defect or wear in the tub bed and it made a thumping sound whenever you stepped on it, much like you were going to go through the bottom of the tub.

They originally had us booked for a different room with only one queen bed, when we specifically requested 2 beds.

The sofa bed in the living room was actually COMFORTABLE and the free breakfast was wonderful.

I really wasn't expecting anything but a budget inn, but when we walked into the room and used the bathroom, the toilet tipped over because it wasn't bolted in.

Our room smelled bad & the linens on the bed smelled the same way.

The internet was useful, the complimentary breakfast in the morning was just enough.

They have free high speed internet, and free breakfast (the selection wasn't great, they had cereal, bread, mini muffins and waffles, tea, coffee, milk and OJ.

Breakfast was nice but not too fancy enough to get you started in the AM, the waffles were great!

I observed the manager bringing out fresh clean towels a few times a day and breakfast on the patio is a beautiful way to start the day.

The breakfast was standard continental breakfast fare.

We received a warm reception from the hotel desk attendant and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

    Now Country Hearth is a quiet, location couldn't be much better and the place is simple. Staff are very helpful and the beds are comfortable. I observed the manager bringing out fresh clean towels a few times a day and breakfast on the patio is a beautiful way to start the day.

    The location was great, decor was nice and simple, the price was fantastic. Furthermore the free breakfast provided in the lobby included cereal, the staff was friendly and helpful, the water was very warm. Refrigerator were also spotless, the pool was lovely.

    Vanity area were updated and the bedding was as fresh on the last day of our stay as on the first. In addition the house keeping crew did a great job on the room and the staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was $5 a day and the pool was ancient.

    A nice quiet location and great Place. Additionally the front desk clerk was VERY attentive and i rented a one bedroom suite was very nicely furnished. Fresh towels were prettily arranged every day and continental breakfast each day was free and tasty.
