  Perfect location for the money, great hotel and the staff at the desk were polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

  The lobby was dirty and out of date, all the ice machines on every floor were broken, manager was not available.

  The location is great and this hotel is in walking distance to just about everything. The staff are very friendly and eric the manager is awesome. The rooms are spacious, also continental breakfast is advertised and there is no continental breakfast.

  The location is great, under better management this hotel has tremendous potential and shower water for 20 minutes before would get warm.

  Staff is rude, the pool is tiny.

  Location is excellent and all in all a great place to stay for the price you pay to be directly downtown New Orleans. No room service appeared to be available.

  Great location very walkable and cvs store on corner was convenient, the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in, the staff were very polite and helpful. Our room were clean.
