We had a wonderful time at this very rustic but exotic hotel. The beach was calm and beautiful, perfect for relaxation. The pool was fantastic and the pool service was top-notch. The variety of food offered satisfied our taste buds, and the recreation team, especially Anderson, went above and beyond to ensure our kids had a great time. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel, right by the beach, was simply amazing. The staff was helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and exotic getaway.

Worth its 5 stars. This hotel was EXCELLENT home base for exploring Caraguatatuba, liked it. The venue has a good restaurant.

Nothing could have been better.

We visited a hotel located outside of the touristy area, offering a safe and clean environment to enjoy the beach. The spacious rooms were furnished with modern furniture and offered a small balcony with a view. The bathroom boasted a double shower. Breakfast and dinner were included in the room rate and served on a buffet and from a menu, respectively. Guests had access to a pool area and a clean and calm beach with chairs and umbrellas.

The staff wore long pants in the hot weather, causing discomfort.

We spent our Easter weekend at a beach hotel and we were very pleased with our experience. The breakfast and dinner spreads were diverse and delicious. the hotel offered free yoga classes on the beach which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location was perfect, only a short walk to the beach and close to other nearby attractions.

We did notice that some areas of the hotel were in need of maintenance. The pool deck was uneven which made sitting at the tables uncomfortable.

Additionally, it is right at the beach, which is calm and family-friendly, making it perfect for swimming. The hotel facilities are great, from the pool to the beach chairs and umbrellas. Cleanliness was never an issue during my stay, and the breakfast was delicious, with many different options. The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any request.

The noise from the doors slamming in the morning can be quite annoying, and the furniture in some areas needs some maintenance as it looks worn out. However, these are minor issues that do not detract from the overall positive experience of the hotel.
