The hotel is spotless, ideal and has excellent location in a safe area. The property rooms are modern and updated with free WiFi, large bathrooms, nice firm mattress. They serve outstanding food, have plenty of options to choose from.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the comfortable rooms. The shower was fantastic and the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great convenience. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the bus station and within walking distance of landmarks and attractions in this city.

I recently stayed at Cosmos Hotel for a few days on my trip to Colombia. The hotel is modern and amazing, worth every penny! The internet is fantastic, and the bed was deliciously clean, soft, huge, and fluffy! The air conditioner worked really well. The bathroom was modern and spacious too, with a walk-in shower and a small tile bench. The mini fridge in the bathroom was a cool addition. The restaurant food was great, and we enjoyed using our own devices on the flat panel TV. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Thank you, Cosmos, for setting the bar high and meeting our expectations!

The staff was really friendly and helpful, and they served a good breakfast. , the location was great since it was close to the nightlife area and it was easy to catch a taxi. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities.

The elevator system was a bit confusing, and it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. the shuttle service was not reliable and I had to take a taxi from the airport, which was inconvenient.
