Although the location is great, close to the downtown restaurants, bars, and a very short drive to UofA.

The rooms were spacious, the staff was friendly, and I loved the location.

The room was furnished with a dresser, armoire with stereo television (albeit with fewer cable channels than I'm accustomed to in less expensive lodgings); night stands on either side of the king bed, armchair, and desk with an ergonomic chair.

I felt the television was awkwardly placed for those of us who like to watch TV in bed, and I would have liked to have been able to get some of the other cable standards such as A&E, Bravo, Nick at Night, etc.

Added to this was the hair in the bed and the hair swept into the corner behind the door of the bathroom.

The bathrooms were also very dated with poor ventilation, causing flakes of the popcorn ceiling to fall into the tub, toilet, and floor.
