Air Condition didn't work properly.

The staff were not very friendly just functional. The rooms were poorly equipped and unimaginative for the cost of the stay.

I recently stayed at the Cosmopolitan resort for a sunny beach getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly, even when we checked in close to midnight, and they didn't charge us any extra fees. They even helped us arrange an early morning taxi. The resort has air conditioning in every room, including the kitchen, which was a great bonus. Additionally, we were allowed to use the swimming pool near the restaurant, which was perfect for our kids since it had a shallow area for them to play in.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

In short: friendly staff, pleasant and peaceful environment, so everything that you need to relax with family or friends. Solid golf course and well-stocked golf shop. The apartments are clean and well equipped. Location is also interesting for fans of excursions and learn about Italian culture, history and cuisine.

It was in the central location by public transport from Pisa. The outstandingly accommodating staff accommodated all the needs.

We recently spent our Christmas vacation at a hotel in Tirrenia and there were a few things that we really liked about our experience. the reception staff was absolutely lovely. They were very friendly and provided us with all the necessary information about the area. Secondly, the apartments were clean and spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. Lastly, the location of the hotel was great as it was within walking distance of some nice restaurants and shops.

There were a few things that we didn't quite enjoy during our stay. it was quite difficult to find the hotel as the entrance was undergoing maintenance and there were no clear signs.

The hotel was a great base for enjoying a good quiet area, next to the beach and the town, restaurant and the central square with gorgeous local products and clothes. The food was nice with lots of choice! The location of the venue was quiet - around 10-15 minutes walk from Luna Park di Tirrenia.

Nothing too much trouble, we spent a really good time here. It was neat, warm and with an enclosed back garden which was great for our dog...

The hotel staff was not very friendly.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is within a 5-minute walk to the main town and a short distance away from a beautiful beach. The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful, providing good suggestions for restaurants and assisting with airport transfers.

The restaurant on site had a limited menu and the service was extremely slow, especially during the all day pizza evening where guests were not able to choose their preferred pizza.

The pool and rooms were excellent. The beach was clean and not crowded. Good location and affordable bus to Pisa.

During our recent stay at a resort in beautiful Tuscany, my family and I had an amazing time. The apartments were comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The Olympic size swimming pool was perfect for avid swimmers like us, and we loved the fact that we didn't have to book sunbeds. The resort's 18-hole golf course looked impressive, although we didn't have the opportunity to play. The beach, although a bit of a walk or a short shuttle ride away, was clean and not overcrowded. The friendly and supportive staff, including the resort manager and room maids, made our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the resort was ideal for us as active tourists, with numerous historic sites and natural attractions nearby. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a complete holiday destination with all the amenities and attractions one could dream of.

The beach shuttle was not always reliable and the restaurant on-site was expensive with slow service. Additionally, the public beaches in the area could get very crowded on weekends, making it difficult to find a spot to relax.
