Room and breakfast very good, the staff in the restaurant was friendly.
A well situated location witin walking distance for SMN Train station, i rated this hotel as very good to excellent and the staff were very kind and helpful.
Location knowledgeable staff clean friendly easy to find from Florence main train station no need for a taxi and the Hotel is well located in terms of its proximity to all the major sights in Firenze.

The room rate was very reasonable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff were all helpful, friendly. The large bathroom included a long bathtub and a bidet, the best two restaurants we ate at in Florence were a block in either direction.

Bathroom quite adequate, all modern conveniences and spotlessly clean, free breakfast.

Noisy the first night due to the drains being cleaned for several hours in the street below my room, the hotel doesn't do evening food / light lunches.
