The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities we needed. The bathroom was also clean. The location was great, with Cornwall Park right across the road. The owners/managers were actively working around the property and their care and commitment were evident in the excellent presentation and cleanliness of the room and the entire complex. The price was very reasonable for the value we received, including a King Size bed, spacious bathroom, heat pump, and sky TV with Sports and Movies. Free parking was a bonus.

The location was perfect, super convenient for our needs. Loved that we could extend our check out time. The facilities were spotless and the bed was unbelievably comfy. The shower pressure was mind-blowing. We also enjoyed a fantastic meal at a nearby Turkish restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. The inn was away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which was just the way we like it. Cornwall Park across the road was jaw-droppingly beautiful and peaceful. everything was clean, quiet, and well-equipped. We had plenty of room in our unit and enjoyed the outdoor dining area. The free parking and luggage storage were greatly appreciated. The flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. The electric kettle and kitchen utensils made our stay even more convenient. The option of in-room breakfast was a great touch. We were pleased to find an air-conditioned room since it can get quite hot. And lastly, we were happy that there were no pets allowed and it was a non-smoking property. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Our room at Cornwall Park Motor Inn was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We were impressed with the fully equipped kitchen and the TV in every room. Walking distance to Alexandra Park Raceway was a plus. we highly recommend this accommodation for both domestic and foreign travelers.

We did hear water trickling when the upstairs unit showered, which was a bit loud at 2 am. However, this was not a problem during the day.

Close to the bus stop to get to Eden Park also across the road from Alexandra Park if you are into Harness Racing. Easy to get to other attractions like Rainbows End.

Very good service, very clean facility. It was the third motel I had tried to book into I'm the area. The other two were disgusting, so it was a pleasure to have the presentation right.

Excellent Variety of Seafood at Grand Park Dinners. The dinners at Grand Park were an incredible experience! The tanks of live seafood containing Blue Cod, Flounder, Moki, Hapuka, Lobster, Paua. It was like dining with Poseidon himself!

Loved the massage chair in the living room, felt like getting a spa treatment without leaving the room! The seafood dinner at Grand Park was like swimming in a tank of fish, very special indeed. Cornwall Park, what a generous gift to nature lovers, and it's free!

Nothing beats paying a high price for breakfast, and who needs breakfast anyway?

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, as it was close to the conference I was attending. The staff were extremely helpful and the room service was excellent. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a cozy sitting area and a dining table. I appreciated the various amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also offered free toiletries and had a flat-screen TV, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. I was highly impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided here.

I would recommend this hotel to all.

Spacious and comfortable studio accommodation with a kitchenette and flat-screen smart TV. It felt like having my own little apartment in the heart of Auckland.

Its convenience to everything, including a bus stop into Auckland, just outside. Despite being on a main road, we were impressed at how quiet it was and how warm the rooms were without having to use the heating.

The location was perfect to attend the event that brought us to town. The room was well-appointed with all the necessary extra bits and lots of crockery to choose from. The lovely shower pressure made us feel at home.

The bed was not made well each day, which was a minor issue for us. Parking was a bit tight when we arrived later at night, but it did not impact the quality of our stay.

Location was excellent, near my family. I know the area well as I grew up in Auckland. Very convenient to shopping centres and I love walking in Cornwall Park.

Room was well-appointed, modern and clean, had everything we needed and bonus was that through the clearing of trees and buildings, we could watch the New Years Eve fireworks display off the Sky Tower from our front door.

Convenient location near public transportation and great restaurants. Also near the airport. Room was clean and quiet with comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
