good location with public parking along the road outside, 24hr desk

the kettle in the room would only boil if you held the button down, the room was for four but there was only enough cups, coffee and tea for two people. bathroom was substandard, i would not use the shower as it looked unclean and the toilet took 20 minutes to refill after each flush which is not good if you have four people needing the toilet. i have stayed in two hotels that were cheaper and the facilities were better and they had towels in the rooms... here they had no towels at all!

Friendly staff, near to Victoria train station and tube stations.

Only one towel in a double bed room.

      Central location.

We got a room for 4, it was old and not clean at all. The incredible tiny bathroom offered no possibility of any trace of privacy, the people in the room can even hear you scratching in there. For a very short stay you can handle it more than 3-4 days top and this only if you are the kind of person who prefers to spend most of the time out and not resting in a hotel.

Nothing at al when we first entered hotel the owner was having an argument over nothing he was so rude and then he was so reluctant to offer us extra pillows I would never ever go in that bloody place again I was so embarrased in front of my friends who travelled from us the rooms were so dirty with a single used towel on the bed the blankets were pathetic later on the manager did giv us pillows the tea bags n sugar packets wer looking so old as if no one ever touched them in monthd

      Friendly staff

No sockets in the room = no use for the water boiler... not possible to load mobile phones. Unconfortable beds. Noisy street and thin windows.

      Only the location.

The reserved rooms weren't available. No room for luggage. The cleaning was a joke. All in all not a good experience.

      Not very much

I thought 89 pounds for this room was extemely expensive, 30 pounds would have still been dear. I was cdharged three pounds extra for using a 'credit card@ in fact it was a debit card something I explained to the reception clerk but still yhad to pay the charges. There wasn't any soap in the room. The television did not have a remote and the picture just rolled incesently. Al in all pretty bad. The one saving grace was the room was clean .It had two doUble and two single beds in the one room with just enough room to move between to reach the shower. The shower drain was partially blocked so the water did not drain away. All in all pretty awful.

The only thing I liked was the location, in relation to Victoria Station and the city center.

Our room was what I imagine to be on a Nightline special, where they use the blue lights to show all of the hidden stains etc. My boyfriend kept pointing things out, to which I told him it was better if he just stopped looking. Not only was it the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in, but it also happens to be the most I've ever paid for a room (in my life) as well. Only stayed one night as was the plan, and am happy we didn't have to stay more. No breakfast, no towels, no hand soap, paper- thin walls and a somewhat curt staff.

Very convenient for Pimlico tube station. Quiet and clean.

The rooms and bathrooms are pretty basic and rough around the edges although for £65/night in London...

      The location.

Room was a bit cramped & windows could have done with a clean but for the money I shouldn't really complain.

Absolutely disgusting rooms, dirty throughout, mouse holes, incredibly dusty, simply gross. Payment was unclear, online there was no mention about a charge for paying by card, nor did it say breakfast would be further chargeable, instead it said that it was included in the price! There was nothing to like about the hotel! Tv barely worked, walls and floor are as thin as paper. Worst hotel we have ever been to and that includes those abroad. No towels or toiletries provided. Poor security. Repulsively dirty room. Do not stay here!!

      Good location

Beware: the money they take from your card to confrim booking is not accepted towards payment for the room, as they ask you to pay in cash, and it is not returned to the card either. So you end up paying for extra night.

En suite bathroom despite budget category, when we asked for a different room as ours had no window, we were granted one immediately

We had to ask for towels as they are not automatically pprovided. Some of the fittings were dirty(light switch, window handles etc) furniture shabby and broken, tea coffee making facilities very rudimentary - powdered milk and coffee seemed rather old, no biscuits
