Peaceful and fairly clean place with polite and fast staff at his service. Location - magnificent, next to Lebanese restaurant. And 10 mins walk to Amwaj Plaza.

Well-designed and ideal hotel with really friendly staff from the operational manager. Exceptionally comfortable bed, good bathroom and a safe, multi-channel television, and a cable TV with on-demand movies in the room. The location perfect and marvellous to get a nice breakfast at a nearby Cafe. And right by great restaurants, malls, shops, and restaurants, and Dhahran / Al-Khobar.

Hotel is fairly large.

The location is good, 1 mile from a big shopping center. It is nestled in a very friendly area close to Saudi Arabia, restaurants-recommend Scramble for breakfast, and Aramco and Ex-Aramco employees.

The breakfast was above average with different options, with a great selection of good options. The hotel's location was favourable and perfect, right by Dhahran, AlKhobar and Dammam, great restaurants and malls and Duhran mall. Furthermore, very close to a big shopping centre.

Immaculately clean and huge room, particularly good bathroom with a bath. Location near to a Dhahran mall with multiple restaurants.

In our triple room there was a particularly nice view of city. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher were a big plus. It had marvellous location close enough to malls and restaurants-recommend Scramble for breakfast, and multiple restaurants. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Al Olayya district.

Great service, favourable and unbeatable position opposite Aldhahran mall. Also - right by Dhahran as well as multiple restaurants. A safe, multi-channel TV, and a mini-fridge-bar in the room and the big bed.
