The quiet environment was perfect for our sensitive staff members. Check-in and check-out procedures were spectacular and swift. Good signage for both locals and visitors. Free Arabic coffee. Large comfy bed, high pressure shower, free WiFi, fruit and complimentary items.

Convenient for work, clean, I like it

The location and it was clean. Room service was also good. Food was served eventhough I checked in late.

The room was way too small. The AC was badly placed as it was blowing right on my face/bed and I had to turn it off. Rather be hot than fall ill. I think it was room 512.

A delightful surprise during our stay was the complementary fruits dish, which was absolutely delicious. The staff provided nice and fast service, making us feel well taken care of. The spacious and clean room made our money well spent. I'll recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was impressed by the value for money that this hotel offers. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the excellent service and amenities provided. Secondly, the staff at this hotel are extremely attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the location of this hotel in an isolated area was a great advantage for me. It provided a quiet and peaceful environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I also appreciated the convenience of having basic amenities in my room, including a working AC and a complimentary breakfast included in my rate. I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

All was fine during my stay.

No restaurant, no hot water, rooms are very small -- not good for business. No easy access to food ir shopping.

Great staff, complimentary fruit, spacious bathroom with shower, quiet area. Close to the highway for professionals. Excellent TV channels, loaded bathroom amenities. Comfortable bed. Big room with pool table, helpful front desk, 24hr gym. Delicious seafood pizza. Excellent and responsive staff.

The bed was comfortable, and I liked how cooperative the staff was. The hotel had free WiFi, and the shower water had high pressure. The location is convenient for those on business in Jubail Town.

All was good.

It was new hotel just 20 days commissiined and need lot of work to clear simple things like fixing the elevator, telephone lines. Mayme bcz it iss new they have these issue. I don't recommend to have it now until they clear these issues. I forget to tell that they don't have good printer and they just email me the bill.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was 5 minutes drive from the industrial area which for me was good as I was on business trip. And they had good high speed wireless internet connection which was complementary for hotel guest in the rooms. The furniture was new and design of the rooms was modern

The location didn’t have any kind of attractions for the night time and no nearby restaurants so you were stuck eating in the hotel and the food quality was not good and their were only 6 items in their main course in the menu. The area was also very noise due to trucks passing by very early in the morning.
