I found the hotel to have a great location, near to the station yet easily accessable to the city and Ho.

A great location, near to the station easily accessable to the city and a more specific arranegement shoul be made to use the Sainsbury cark park at off peak periods.

The rooms are strange though - the decor's fine and the bed/furniture nice, but the bathroom's benefit from the "Breeze Block" effect - making it a bit like being banged up.

Yes we had lots of windows for a good panoramic view but the room itself was really small and the bed was equally minute!

The location was perfect as I had come to visit my son at the university, the hotel itself was very quiet at nightime around the rooms was ideal for a good night's sleep in a very comfortable bed and the staff were exceptionally helpful.

The room was fairly spacious and very comfortable - it is nice to get a room where you can watch TV without prostrating yourself on the bed.

Helpful staff, the convenience of a late checkout time was very good and the room was comfortable as was the bed.

The bar has a nice friendy feel to and restaurant are pretty good.

Moreover the room was fine, the food in the restaurant was good.

Bathrooms are clean, the chairs in the bar have also seen better days and the evening meals have always been great.

Able to have a substantial bar snack in afternoon and because we found that we had one of the best meals that we have had for a long time.

I ate the breakfast for both days and it was the standard hot buffet with cereals, fruit, youghurts and cheese, all of good quality.

The car parking is a bit unusual but I didn't find parking in the supermarket car park a problem.

The only good point was that it had free car parking if you were lucky to get a space!

The hotel is situated pretty much in Plymouth City centre and had the benefit of car parking on site.

Quiet and located close to amenities, i have visited Plymouth many times, the rooms are nice and clean.
