            Staff are friendly and 's in the city centre, on the plus side, the hotel is well appointed and the food is GREAT, the restaurant is good and the rooms are nice and clean.

            The standard of the service is awful, breakfast very average not worth the money.

            Good location allowed us to be on the south west coast path in cornawall within 1/2 hr, the hotel is not as bad inside as the grey conrete exterior suggests and reception staff could not fault very polite.
