Hotel has a large foyer area for waiting for transfers, staff very helpful and the room was reasonably clean.
Has very quiet surroundings and taxi's are very cheap.
The room we stayed in were poor quality at best, staff were not at all friendly and the cramped bathroom was clean.

Hotel staff friendly and helpful, happy for the price we paid. The lobby area is very nice, the rooms are fine clean.

Singapore taxi drivers are by far the most arrogant too, the receptionist is not courteous at all.

Taxis to and from are cheap, the hotel is located out of the central Orchard area. The lobby is beautiful, food is good, employees are friendly and courteous, service is excellent. The rooms are quite spacious, the breakfast buffet is good.

Location of copthorne is inconvenient for visitors, the pool is tiny, old and rather grubby.
