  Polite staff, large comfortable rooms and very nice breakfast resturant. Great facilities.

  Food in the hotel brasserie was awful and extremely rude and the BAR was outragously priced.

  Overall, fine for one night and convenient location to gatwick, the hotel was awful. Sean on reception was great too and the staff were efficient and the room was excellent.
