Decent hotel considering price and friendly staff.

The easy access to Gatwick Airport, ideal location just off m23 for overnight stay and the reception is very nice usually.

The location was perfect for travelling to/from Gatwick airport, the welcome was friendly and staff from the moment we arrived were courteous kind.

Very convenient location for our holiday from gatwick and too short a stay to comment meaningfully.

Nicely located for the airport and very nice hotel excellent for Gatwick.

That was convenient to Gatwick Airport and this hotel even has a pub whick was great as the day I arrived there was a BQ set outside in the grounds.

Good comfortable hotel, service excellent and free extra bed for our son.

Good value for money, excellent service and the bed was very comfortable.

Room was comfortable, jacuzzi that worked very well and i was disgusted that the toilet had been used.

The bed was comfortable and bar prices were on the high side.

Also excellent modern spacious room, after our complimentary Champagne Cocktail in the library bar and towels all of a high standard.

The old bar, 1 large towel and the bistro restaurant was perfectly adequate.

Beds hard, nice bar and i especially liked the choice of good food.

The room was fine, the restaurant food was absolutely delicious.

Breakfast great and this consisted of a huge choice of piping hot meat’s.

Nice bar area, has mile long corridors and very high quality in everything.

Service was friendly and efficient, the receptionist was really helpful.

The service was excellent and there was one member of staff provided support whilst we were in one of your meeting rooms was very flexible.

Additionally staff were friendly & efficient and room was quite a long way from Reception.

Also to sum up: we had a fantastic weekend break, staff were very helpful and the Receptionist was very quick to verify credit card details.

Convenient for airport, nice decor and good friendly service from staff all round.

Reception area was very warm and welcoming, that place was amazing.

Has good on-site parking facilities and welcoming hotel.

The room was clean, a meal we had was fine not exceptional in any way.

    Near airport and excellent stay. Additionally staff were friendly & efficient and room was quite a long way from Reception. Food was good.

    That was convenient to Gatwick Airport and this hotel even has a pub whick was great as the day I arrived there was a BQ set outside in the grounds.     Convenient for airport, nice decor and good friendly service from staff all round. Also excellent modern spacious room, after our complimentary Champagne Cocktail in the library bar and towels all of a high standard. Breakfast great and this consisted of a huge choice of piping hot meat’s. Lovely Gardens.

    We shared the taxi and small store on the property. We waited 45 minutes on a freezing February evening, we used the tiny pool in a nearby gym.
