Copthorne Hotel Birmingham - 伯明翰

The hotel location is great as it close to both the city centre (10 minutes walk from bullring) and broad street where all the pubs, restaurants and clubs are located (2-3 minutes walk).

The location is pretty good, located just outside of the inner ring road, and within an easy walking distance to all city attractions.

Finally the location is superb, close to everything.

The hotel is in the middle of a very large roundabout and I found it difficult to get in and out of it by foot (it suits arrivals by car or taxi better).

55 telling me my taxi was waiting for me.

Great bed, clean,tidy room, bathroom fine, complimantry soft drinks in mini bar (somthing u dont get in many fr more expensive hotels) staff all pleasent.

The rooms are comfortable and stylish with nice bathrooms and a large bed.

I was in room 109 which was large, decent bed and large bathroom.

The rooms are very spacious, lovly soft big beds, a large desk area with room service menu and hair dryer, and a large flat screen tv with internet and sky.

The room lighting was dim, the extractor fan didn't work, there was only one towel despite the room being a double, decor is dated, the bed was old as you rolled into the middle of it and don't bother with the cooked breakfast.

Nice big rooms, inviting bar and food in the restaurant - excellent - delicious.

Didn't eat in the restaurant- not sure if that was a good move, but as the breakfast was very average, it probably was.

Moreover bathroom were clean, the bar was well staffed and the breakfast was good value for money.

The bar is characterless, as is the restaurant, and whilst there have been some half-hearted attempts at redecoration they've mostly fallen flat.

Breakfast is great and we also ate dinner in the hotel which was suprisingly good value and very nice food.

The reception area was clean and modern, we were attending the ICC so the location & ease of getting to the hotel was great, helpful staff even they were very busy all the time I was there.

Staff very polite, the very helpful receptionist and the room was spacious and clean.

Staff on reception were very helpful and attentive.

The night porters were even better than the reception staff there was nothing to much trouble for them.

Where has the pool, jacuzzi, great buffet style breakfast (with very nice 'feel good factor' water sounds coming from the pool area) gone?

Hotel staff were friendly and hotel provided excellent pampering facilities with gym, sauna, treatments etc Had a great time!

But it doesn't have a pool or a leisure centre anymore.

If I had known beforehand there was a Holiday Inn Express just 2 mins across the road I would have stayed there as from experience the rooms are clean and tidy and its cheaper.

Also lovely clean large room and food delicious.

Clean and modern room, easily walkable to good bars.

Rooms look a bit tired, although they are kept clean to a good standard.

Location is great, room was clean and spacious and the staff were very friendly.
