A lovely view, fantastic hotel in an amazing location and very well worth the money.

Very nice location next to the Waitangi Treaty Grounds, great hotel in a great area and pleasant smiling staff on our arrival.

Excellent quiet location for accessing local facilities, the hotel has nice pool and the staff were very friendly.

The location was superb, the setting was amazing on a point overlooking the Bay of Islands and the staff were all incredibly friendly we were blown away.

Very comfortable bed close to shops, the hotel grounds are huge and rooms are very clean.

Reception provide towels for the hot tub.

Staff were friendly and helpful, we had a great room overlooking the swimming pools.

Our room was lovely, buffet evening meal was excellent value for money.

The beds were very comfortable and food was good.

The room was fantastic and food in the restaurant was good too.

The breakfast was lovely, starter of seafood chowder was very large and the hot spa was a delight to soak in.

On two PCs that have seen better days, very much like the buffet breakfast inclusive plan and the landscaping around the pools is also spectacular.

Breakfast is cold or warm buffet, one redeeming facility is the heated spa.

The food was superb and pools were fantastic.

Moreover hotel amenities were great, the staff were helpful and friendly, we enjoyed a little bit of room service.

After a hard day sightseeing relaxing in the outdoor spa, dinned in the Hotel one night excellent food and very helpful staff at reception.

Reception was especially helpful as we were new to the area and the front desk was very welcoming and friendly.

Wth choice of continental or cooked, my favourtie outdoor spa in all my travels.

Very convenient for the Waitangi treaty park, i enjoyed staying at Copthorn Bay of Islands as was a very fair price for a nights comfortable accomodation and pool facilities on site was great.

So all the lovely pool facilities were lost on us.

Well worth the extra money, staff pleasant and also the room was really clean and comfortable.

Staff were friendly, check-in was efficient and room was very clean.

    After a hard day sightseeing relaxing in the outdoor spa, dinned in the Hotel one night excellent food and very helpful staff at reception. The room fine, friendly and the buffet dinner, we appreciated the free laundry facilities.

    The view was beautiful and easily the best of the hotels we stayed in during our 17 day tour of NZ. Staff were friendly and helpful, we had a great room overlooking the swimming pools. The food was adequate.
