Won't stay anywhere else in Auckland - good value for money (watch out for special offers) and has 'safe feeling' within hotel.
Awesome location, its much better hotel then any other in the price ranges and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location was great, we also thought the parking situation at the hotel was less that satisfactory and staff were very friendly and helpful.
The central location, free guest car park and clean- modern- friendly staff - close to town - reasonably priced.
The handy location to Vectar Arena and i liked the close proximity of the hotel to the city centre.
Picked up from Airport with Tour Agent with Mercedes.
You can always take a bus from the Brittomart to get back to the hotel.
The bed was comfortable and the toilet was clean.
Furthermore the staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable.
Staff noticed, nice big bed and bETTER BUFFET.
In addition comfortable and convinient place to look around Auckland city, the rooms are pretty good, the toilet bowl is very low down for a big person.
Small room that seemed to have too much furniture crammed into it and not enough room for us.
But the Internet access was quite expensive (over fifty cents a minute), as was breakfast in the downstairs restaurant ($15 for cold buffet).
Room's were clean and peaceful, food in the restaurant was very good.
The A/C in the lobby was not working and it was very uncomfortable there and in the restaurant which shares the space.
The breakfast was good and i was only their overnight & had to leave at 4am for an early international flight.
Get up and go and find somewhere else for breakfast.
The hotel itself was very nice; large room, nice facilities, more than clean, attentive front desk staff.

View of Anzac Avenue and has free parking which can get full but the Manager obliged when I came back and vacated his spot so that we could park.
Free Parking is behind (and under) the hotel and generally available - a rarity in Auckland!
More accessible place to stay, friendly staff and my room was very clean and tidy.
The hotel is a regular business hotel - had two double beds and it was clean.
Location is great- quiet clean comfortable room- easy off street parking, we spent little time in the hotel - we just used as a base to sleep in really and the showers are great.
It is clean and the room was large with a fridge and coffee maker.
