Excellent location near the Goya shopping district allows you to drop off your shopping bags and hotel is good value for money.
I liked that they had a souvenirs shop inside and the hotel offered very good value for money.

The location is great, the best value for money option is very important you travel for business or you have a comfortable vacation stay and the rooms are spacious and clean.
After standing fruitlessly in the rain for 10 mins, watching him gesture half-heartedly at a selection of occupied cabs, along with 50 other people wanting taxis, we walked about 5 mins down the road towards the hospital and caught a cab from there.
2 Metro stations are near, the location of the hotel - off street entrance very convenient and the rooms are good.

I walked in to be confronted with a tiny room, comprising a teeny desk, oversized TV and a sofa made up as a single bed.
The service was very good, rooms were clean and the way the toilet was installed left huge uncaulked.
Bed was not particularly comfortable, but was big and clean.
However, my initial outrage was calmed by walking round the corner of the sofa to see another 2 rooms and bathroom, so overall, the size was great, especially if you have kids with you.
Very good breakfast and gourmet restaurant.
We ate one evening meal in the main hotel restaurant, and that was very good with excellent service - but expensive.
The hotel has two separate dining rooms and as we were on a budget tour we had the canteen version for a continental breakfast - adequate but basic and plentiful - you get what you pay for so can't complain.
Everything was good particularly the breakfast.
Buffet breakfasts in big hotels can always be a bit of a battlefield - it's part of the fun -- but I expect a number of folk would disagree?

The lobby is like Picadilly circus - hundreds of people milling about.
Clean and had all the expected facilities.

Staff were helpful, the room was clean and comfortable.
At the Convencion we experienced a very smooth check-in and the rooms on the 4th Floor were large, clean and comfortable.
