5-star? Not possible. No bell-boy. Had to carry luggage in the rain by ourselves. Tiny, tiny lobby and we thought the receiption was actually the Concierge desk, but it was the receiption! Theathercoffee shop was closed for renovation. No information received that this was the case. Reception staff didnt explain hotels facilities, which the hotel actually do not have any of anyhow!, didnt ask if we wanted to make dinner or breakfast reservations, room (we stayed in deluxe)was anything than deluxe! Not even a toothbrush, no tea/coffemaking facilities, even found a toenail in the bed!, from previous guest? Does it mean they havent change bedsheet! We paid over EUR 200.00 for this room without breakfast since we thought we would get a 5-star accomodation and treatment. We got a 3-star, overpriced, bad service experience instead.Stay away from this hotel and book anything else to avoid what we had to go through.

The place is fairly clean and stylish, exceeding all expectations. The staff are efficient and manage the parking on-site. The property is in a great and unbeatable location, close to excellent restaurants like Annen Etage and Theaterkaffeen, as well as the lounge Dagligstuen, shops, museums, harbour. The lobby bar offers savory drinks.

Really enjoyed how the deluxe queen room in a classical-modern style was arranged when we arrived. A safe box, multi-channel television and a mini-fridge-bar were available here. The hotel had a very central location and it was 4-6 minutes walking distance from Karl Johans gate Street.
