  The location was excellent and great value for money, meals at the hotel were of a good standard. The room was clean and well equiped.

  Some of the reception staff were not friendly, restaurant food was ok, not great, not bad.

  Location was good, our stay in the Continental was just magical and the rooms were nicely appointed and full of charm. Breakfast was great and front desk staff pleasant.

  The location was good a n breakfast terrace was lovely, our room was spacious as was the bathroom, and the decor very Venetian.

  The staff here was not friendly, the air conditioning was barely functional.

  On your site i saw the info about great food and the breakfast buffet was the worst I've had in a hotel in Italy. The room was a good size, very clean and the bathroom was perfect.

  Location was great as we left by train and simply walked to the station, this hotel was fine. The rooms were small, dark and dingy and none too clean.

  This location was perfect for getting around in Venice and the cheapest wine in the hotel was €18 and a large beer was €7. Breakfast was adequate and there was a hot water heater in the room for tea.

  My room was 311 and has a nice view over the gran canal, breakfast was great and staff very helpful.

  The quality of the half board meal was just average and the bathtub of the bathroom was dirty and rusted.

  In north america a location near the bus and train station usually means bad area, staff were less than friendly, the rooms were small and uncomfortable.

  Near Grand Canal had view of canal from side window and the hotel was clean and comfortable, easily living up to its 3 star standard. The staff were helpful and polite, our 2 large rooms were fantastic, breakfast was ok, dinner was very good.
