The only good thing about the hotel was its location for snorkelling.

Getting taxi from hotel to airport home much easier with set price of?

We had an executive suite which consisted of a bedroom with a king sized bed separated from the sitting room by sliding doors – overall probably the size of two ordinary rooms.

The 2-room suite had a decent sized bathroom off the bedroom, shower is over the bath, and another WC & washbasin in a room off the lounge.

The bathroom was en suite to the bedroom while there was a separate toilet leading off from the sitting room.

The rooms are ok but my 2 kids had to sleep on a camp bed which kept falling to bits i would of exspected proper beds for 5 star.

Upon arrival we were gob smacked at the magnificant lobby and the room was immaculate with amazing air con, the bed was huge and there was a T.

Leading off the lobby were the main restaurant, bar and the ala carte restaurants.

We dined in all the restaurants the food was lovely and the lobster from on the rocks restaurant highly recommended.

We had breakfast delivered to our room everyday and had dinner from the room service menu a couple of times – the menu is a cut down version of that found in the main restaurant and the food was good.

The selection of restaurants more than met our requirements, each morning we ate breakfast in the Olive Tree and found both the attitude of the staff and selection on offer very acceptable.

The 'a la carte' meals were a bit misleading - The Lebanese Restaurant offered a choice of two set menus, and the Wadi Food Court had a limit on how much you could eat as part of the all inclusive deal!

It is impossible to deal with the staff, which is totally impotent to handle even the minimum service demands.

It was New Year Eve and you would see the service staff totally confused and helpless.

Hotel Is beautiful, the beach / pools provide a free towel service and the staff are friendly.

The hotel service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and clean.

There are elevators from the lobby to the top pool and more elevators outside to take you down to the horizon pool.

For leisure, there was a reasonably equipped gym and a spa complex which offered a range of different types of massage.

The heated pool was not heated during our cold December-January stay and the well sheltered beach was well attended.

The hotel is very impressive, staff is really friendly and rooms are nice and clean.

We had standard twin room which was very clean,.

The hotel room was nice really spacious and clean we choose a sea view room which was a bonus as the view was great.

The hotel is lovely, the beach and pools are great (though one of the pools was closed for the first 10 days) the rooms are lovely and clean.
