Excellent view from the breakfast room, well designed. Comfortable rooms. Secured entry to the floors, which is really highly necessary especially due to the location of the hotel.
The impression you get from the loggy is not compatable with the facilities offered through the comfortable and renewed rooms and the excellent breakfast room. The coffee varieties offered are of not the expected quality.

Very central, and well located, staff were were very good, superb breakfast, for the price of the hotel, will stay there again.
The only probllem was the bathroom, the shower was superb, but not put in a proper way, the whole bathroom gets flooded, when you take a shower, and a glass door, no privacy for 16 year old girl, when she is in the bathroom.

Very confortable bedroom. Brand new bathroom. Excellent location for visiting sites and shopping. We loved breakfast. Everthing was working.
Reception was friendly but not too well informed. Not clear where to park. Although it is not the hotel `s fault there is trash from nearby fast food restaurants that gives a bad impression when you approach the entrance.

The hotel is located "on" the train station, what makes it very convenient, besides that it is near the donwtown and places to visit and shop.
I had some difficult to find the hotel entrance to stop the car in front of it and manage the luggage, so Ithink it should have some signs to help the customers.

room was a good size with nice bathroom
Plastic sheets on the bed, what sort of people do they think stay here! I put a towel on the bed for the second night. Also stairs were locked so had to use lift - would not like to be here in a fire. Heating could not be adjusted so needed to open window which meant it was noisy.

The location was excellent, close to the alt stadt and right across the street from the Hauptbahnhof.
The location of our room overlooked the pedestrian zone and it was very noisy, even with the windows closed, until about 3 AM.
