Located 37 floors above the Tokyo Shiodome area, guests enjoy panoramic views of the picturesque Hamarikyu Gardens, a former feudal lord's residence, and the impressive Tokyo Bay skyline. Breakfast selection is reasonable and the gym/spa is very good.
Receptionists are professional, the elevator going up to the check-in is almost silent.
Excellent location, just returned from six days in this fantastic hotel and concierge services were very helpful.

Modern and elegant hotel, great service, comfy beds were covered by nice quanlity sheet.

Pro of city side was more of a view of Tokyo, no traffic noise , and no morning sun, the bar was very expensive. The pool seemed like was less than 25m in length.

The room has a fantastic view over Tokyo bay and is a delight to stay in, service is superb. Beds are nice and wonderful morning breakfast, cocktails, and evening cordials are served. The spa and fitness facilities are awesome.
