This beautiful and contemporary tower is five minutes away from Key Biscayne. The rooms have been redone and have a lot of windows. The bar and restaurant on the 25th floor have amazing views. Some critics felt that all the elevators made it confusing.

The pool was nice and the public area around very well maintained, for a hotel of this quality and a large room, I was expecting a better TV, the staff were also very warm and friendly. The bathroom was huge and the continental breakfast in the restaurant was also very good. The noir bar was sleek and contemporary and was a great alternative as suppose to going out.

Very nice, luxury hotel and helpful Staff. Good light in the rooms and there's a great pool and jacuzzi, tennis courts and a spa. Big bath sheets and gorgeous restaurant too.

Not worth the money and elevators to slow.

Nice view from the hotel to the city and comfortable bed. Very professional staff at the ''atrio'' restaurant, very contemporary and tasteful, very good gym.

Not worth the money for vacationers, service poor.

Stay in south beach instead at one of the nice hotels on collins ave, beautiful room and great hip music playing on speakers.

One thing to note, the front desk staff seemed useless to me, no indoor pool.

Great location in Miami and excellent value. Next available rate was $199.00 and staff were very friendly. The rooms were gorgeous, sheets were luxurious and the buffet in the Atrio's breakfast was superb. Concierge was nice also.

Clean, efficient, excellent location, beautiful hotel and the Conrad Miami is located in a spectacular building. The bathroom is huge and the bar upstairs is equally nice. Great continental breakfast, expect to sit down and order off the menu, concierge can be quite helpful for dinner reservations and recommendations.

The view was amazing and our stay at the Conrad was great. The staff were all attentive, the concierge was knowledgeable and extremely helpful, the room was nicely appointed and the bathroom was roomy. The continental breakfast was excellent, the gym was very nice.
