  The room had an excellent view of the city and was very comfortable and clean, service from bus driver to Head of Concierge was incredibly superb, our stay at the hotel was flawless and truly enjoyable. Staff were welcoming and efficient, the Duty Manager assistant was really very nice, my suite was on the 38th floor and was truly spectacular. The robes were just amazing, dinner at dynasty was great too and we also dined by the pool and the burgers were very good.

  Great location and a taxi was readily available at 6 am to take me to the ferry terminal. Overall the stay was excellent, the staff were helpful, courteous and friendly, a big thanks to edmund at concierge helped organize our weekend getaway. The room was huge, the bathrobes were warm and very soft.

  The suite was beautiful and had an incredible view of Macau, overall, the service was excellent and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were very attentive and room was spacious.

  Nice view, the store and bar staff are all friendly and I didn't have any language difficulties at all, just a few minutes walk to the Venetian. The hotel is clean and tidy, fabulous facades to buildings, totally different feel altogether, thanks to concierge service and thanks to the rest of the team as well. The suite is huge and the food is pretty good and price is reasonable.

  Great pool area and beautiful hotel. Just arrived home from a 4 day stay at conrad Macau and very friendly staff. The room was clean.

  Location wise, i found the conrad perfect and everything seemed close, the service and the stay was great. Reception staff were very helpful, the room was very spacious, comfortable and well appointed.

  Pool area, exquisite, warm pools too and a great stay. A suite as big as my apartment back home and lobby just OK. The best services in Macau, very good bathroom and mattress really comfortable.

  Great place in Macau, excellent Service and the concierge reached out and provided us details on to best get to Conrad. Room is large and spacious, buffet is a big spread at Grand Orbit.

  The room quality is excellent and all staff are friendly and very helpful. The suite upgrade quite a good benefit for hilton members, a great international team of young professionals.

  Awesome and wonderful stay, best customer service, the lovely souvenirs, the cosy bathrobes the sweet bedroom slippers. A large sofa and complimentary Nespresso coffee. A good solid choice in Macau, nice pool.
