The views of the Nile and Cairo may be amazing, but that's about the only thing guests can agree on. Some felt that the service was incredible and the rooms were beautiful and had great baths. However, critics felt that it was just okay for a one-night stay and that the food was subpar.

The view from the room was nice and the gift shop in the lower level was good, service was excellent, the concierge was great. Bathroom was very clean and an alternative restaurant was available.

Location is a bit out of the town centre, probably jsut makes a bit quieter and hotel is classy,rooms are clean and comfortable. The service is incredibly friendly and the Lebanese restaurant by the pool is also very good.

Really good hotel and helpful staff. The luxury of the room, very nice breakfast.

The nearby arkadia mall and the world trade centre malls have shut down, bottled water is very expensive from the mini bar, pool is too small and crowded.
