Free parking on front the hotel, this seems the best at this price range and all downtown Vilnius is within walking distance.
Additionally hotel was nice, the price was very acceptable and the staff was professional and helpful.
Still I think that in Vilnius there are propably better hotels in better location with same price category.
Good location for old city trip and hotel is situated in the central.
Good location and the Congress hotel is situated by a square on the edge of the old town in Vilnius.

Just 5-10 minutes from the center, good connect to airport by hotel taxi.
Our room was double room with two beds and a bathroom.
However hotel policies didn't help, a heated towel rail in the bathroom aggravated the situation and housekeeping invariably opened the curtains fully, allowing the afternoon sun bake the room when you were out sightseeing.
Additionally staff mostly friendly, comfortable bed and the dishes in restaurant were great.
The room, and especially the bathroom, were much smaller than I would have expected from a four-star hotel.
Location is very good, and the rooms are all clean and new (maybe a bit small but I certainly didnt expect a sprawling suite!
They were very accomodating in terms of allowing us to eat breakfast in our room.
Breakfast was a dissapointment - lots of traditinal lithuanian (to be expected) but not a lot of toast!
They had a very good Kitchen and breakfasts were incredible.
There is a restaurant in the hotel which is open to 10pm and also a free internet computer on the lobby.

Location was reasonably close to the Old Town and the service in reception was also good.

The staff were very freindly and helpfull and if I was to return to Vilnius and wasnt looking for 5 star luxuary then would have no problem checking in once again.
