Ideal fairly clean property, it has affable and incredibly friendly staff on shift. The rooms are designer and newly remodelled with windows in bathroom, a proper bath, for example. Every time in Vienna, I choose this place.

Perfect and excellent setting, just off center, the main train station and U-bahn station and the Underground and Hbf. Rich breakfast option with juice and hot chocolate, for instance.

It is ideally situated really close to the train, coach and metro station, ten minutes, and the Hauptbahnhof.

Rich breakfast at a good rate for the start of the day. Good and absolutely perfect location with an underground station very close to the building. Again, walking distance to Wien Hauptbahnhof Sud.

I loved that it was overall clean and original, the staff were extremely friendly and rooms were brand-new. The restaurant was outstanding with decent local Austrian food, I tried delicious dishes.

The restaurant was nice with decent local Austrian food, I tried appetising dishes. The bed was comfortable, I slept like a child. The location was unbeatable, relatively near two belvedere palaces.

There was bar missing, I was a little disappointed.

The property was original and comfortable and had a family atmosphere, was ideally located to downtown or about a three kilometre walk. All the staff was very polite and pleasant, fixed my issues. The family room was designer, had an air conditioner, a storage, and very fast internet.

The room is comfortably furnished and equipped with luggage storage and fast working WiFi. The setting is perfect and magnificent, so close to the subway and city center as well as Close to main train station, new area.

We had varied breakfasts with hot chocolate and juice, and had dinner at the nice restaurant on-site. The location was ideal and the staff was excellent and excellent co-operating during the whole stay!

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at Novum Hotel. Despite some negative reviews, our experience was quite positive. The room was clean and comfortable, exactly as pictured. The location, just seconds away from the Hauptbahnhof, was extremely convenient for exploring the city. The free safe in the room provided peace of mind for our valuables. The staff, particularly the helpful housekeeping lady, were friendly and accommodating. we found the hotel to be excellent value for money and would definitely stay again.

The hotel staff were so helpful. They gave us maps and directions for the places we needed to go. The room was large for our family of four and the breakfast was everything we needed. We even had fruit to go. I would stay here again and recomment it to a friend.

There was no electric kettle or coffee in the room.

This was an excellent stay in winter time. Got designer, modern room with the window open. It was ideally located in a new area. Also an opera house and a castle were minutes from the hotel. A bus station was minutes from the place. The breakfast was varied and extensive, the check in was quick.
