I had a quick and easy check-in process, and the restaurant on the main square was absolutely perfect.

it was real good experience in our 4 days holiday, we couldn't recommend more this place. thoroughly enjoyed this nice apartment. the building was neat.

We had a pleasant stay at Condo Gardens. The room was spacious and exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the city center, and there was a convenient parking garage nearby. The staff, especially Luc at the reception, went above and beyond to help us during a difficult situation with our car. The cleaning lady was also very nice and helpful. The free coffee and tea in the room were a nice touch. We appreciated the ability to use the kitchen and enjoyed the extra freedom it provided. we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The second flat that I stayed in was ok: causy, functional, clean, with a good relation between price and quality, but the first one was a complete diasappointment: nothing seemed to work in terms of electrical appliances and there was hair in various parts of the flat, especially on the staircase, and it was way too expensive for the quality offered.On the plus side, the staff were helpful and tried to take care of the problems indicated.

My impression is that this hotel offers somehow uneven services: there are certain flats that are kept very well and probably some others that need to be refurbished asap. Also the price-quality ratio varies greatly according to availability.

we had a very good stay in leuven close enough to the bus station, city center. early check in. helpful and attentive staff, nothing too much trouble. we loved location, it was central.

We stayed at Condo Gardens for a family trip and had a wonderful experience. The apartment comfortably accommodated our family of four, and the heating worked perfectly during the cold weather. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was quiet at night. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The kitchenette was well-equipped, allowing us to cook breakfast and enjoy our coffee in the mornings. The location was convenient, with a grocery store nearby and a short 10-15 minute walk to the city center. The parking, although difficult to find, was available and free. The check-in process was easy, and the host was helpful and accommodating.

It is a safe area. But in general Leuven is a safe city. It is OK to stay for a short period of time.
