Particularly good location in Veliko Tarnovo, short walk to the city center of Veliko Tarnovo and the Old Town of Veliko Tarnavo.

Really had pleasant stay during the visit. Extra large bed in the king room, plus central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. Very central location, at a walking distance from ulitsa "general Gurko". Enjoyed peaceful area.

Loved staying at the good-sized king room with very good sound isolation. The staff was very very helpful and excellent providing assistance.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not always friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff at Hotel Concorde. The room was well-stocked and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The rooftop Sky Bar offered breathtaking views of the city, making our stay even more enjoyable. we would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I liked the fact that it was close to the city center and the mini bar prices were ok.

I did not like: the fact that the room was not ventilated and when you entered the first time there was an unpleasant smell; the sheets were rather yellow than white; the Internet wireless connection was awful and my friends that had a luxury room didn't have an internet socket or signal for wireless.

I strongly recommend this place, the king room was modern and had convenient amenities such as an electronic key card, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a clothes rack.

Location: It was close from the center of the city.

The room was over priced for the facility. There are no parking lots. I didn't get any supports for things I asked for.

The VIP room is big with a very big bed, but the bathroom is not as the one in the pictures, the bath tub is small. The sky bar is nice.

The breakfast is very very poor, and above that, the milk was spoiled.

It was a reasonably priced hotel in a quiet area, close enough to a bus stop serving the railway station, and main attractions. All the staff members were excellent and accommodating. The location was amazing, within easy walking distance of Asen's Monument.

Even though everything was very good, some of the staff were not that friendly.
