  The view was amazing, then on a boat trip - snorkelling on reefs was brilliant and the beach bar staff were excellent. The hotel was great, the service was wonderful and we moved rooms was a little better. The food was hot and the dinner in the main hall was also fantastic. Main pool was lovely.

  Boat trip snorkeling is amazing you can pay 22 quid on the boat, the Tower Mall is fantastic for anyone looking for designer handbags and the bay is excellent for snorkelling. The layout of the sunbathing area down the sea is very good, horses at this place are superb and the best service i have ever had. The games room is free, bar in Naama has a great rooftop bar open from 5pm everyday and on Egyptian night in the restaurant - please try the hot pudding 'umali' as is gorgeous. The waiters are lovely and we British are too polite.

  The beach is great and so views of sunsets across the bay are perfect. Furthermore the hotel is lovely and the staff are exceptional. Water volleyball is excellent and the Piano Bar is good too. Mattress is the best, the food is beautiful and the wine is not as bad as others have said nor by Egyptian standards.

  The pool area is great, the Hotel amenities are very good and the staff really are excellent. Accommodation are both superb and meal times are interesting. Egyptian Pounds so take ever you feel comfortable.

  Very friendly staff - good location for diving and excellent hotel. Well worth the money and service fantastic. Big clean rooms and bar was great.

  The inflight meal on the way home was disgusting, both toilet facilities were extremely dirty and drinks were expensive we paid 7 foe a vodka.

  Hotel itself was really nice, the staff were very attentive and our room was also cleaned. Tavern bar was good and food was great. The choice was excellent and crisps everyday throughout the day from the pool boy was very polite.

  The hotel itself is wonderful and all the staff do is clean. Bathrooms could be updated, having a pool bar is perfect and the food is excellent. The Italian is great all day.

  Hotel is great and the staff could not be more attentive. The rooms are absolutely spotless, ahmed at the sports pool bar are brilliant and the food from the bbq on an evenin is fantastic. The Egyptian people are so friendly, sports facilities are excellent.

  The hotel is superb and the staff do expect tips from tourists for good service. A waiter in the no smoking section is great and the food is lovely. The pools are nice.

  The hotel is huge and good Points - staff are brilliant. The rooms are cleaned very well and sauna are great. The food is lovely and the egyptian muesum are fantastic.
