So far as location goes, I don't think there are any great locations in Cairo, mainly as the downtown roads are so pedestrian-unfriendly, but having said that, the location of this one is certainly reasonable.

Very good location, the hotel was enough clean even needs renovation and the staff was courteous.

I mean anyone who is looking for a 3 star Hotel in Cairo,i will recomend it as one of the top options location & service wise.

I could walk downtown, there is a bank across the street with an ATM machine, and you can usually find a decent taxi.

Be aware that on the Directrooms website, where I booked this otherwise okay hotel, this hotel is listed as 6km from the Cairo Airport, It is more like 20km.

This is a very old run down hotel, I would advise if you can afford something better do it, The A/C wasn't working the bathroom had cigerettes in the toilet and the room was small and very noisey from the other rooms.

Rooms are spacious and the bed is big and comfy.

Room was small tv ok, no fridge or safe, bath not too clean.

Booked through a travel agent according to website there were mini bars in the rooms, the room was very small, not very clean and no fridge.

Room is well fournished, would like to thank Issa the security manager for his good work.

They have a bar and coffeeshop and restaurant in house.

We ate at the TAZA Shirmawa restaurant for a wonderful cheap Egyptian meal.

The bar was fully stocked, food was stocked.

Also, on the side is a seafood restaurant that doesn't speack english but the food is great and oh so cheap(shrimp and fish)!

The bar was ok, nothing to write home about.

Nice Staff + Excellent Location + Excellent room service and for Cairo in any case is in very good level.

The Staff down there are very friendly & helpful,starting from the Manager to the Doorman.

Great services; owner threw in massages for two by the pool.

The receptionist quickly organised a boat trip for us at 150 egyptian pounds,.

It is a beautiful 6000 sq ft villa with infinity pool, goumet kitchen, flat screen, bose stereo.

An absolutly stunning view of the sea over looking the main pool, its almost magical.
