Comfort Suites Universal South Orlando - 奥兰多

Rooms were clean great location to seaworld, the hotel was on a reasonably quiet road and service at the Tiki Hut was awesome.

The location seemed great for us as there was restraunts and the Tiki Hut area by the pool was a nice place to have a drink.

The room was large location was great breakfast was a plus and full services included in price - very good relation quality/price.

When we asked the front desk clerk to call us a cab, he ordered some company that charged double what other taxis in town charged.

Getting a taxi was no problem at all, but you will need transportation.

Room tiny for a "Suite" two full size beds, a sofa bed crammed into what you'd say was initially a very small room to begin with.

My confirmation email said the room was a suite however this room had two double beds and a pull out sofa bed (if you consider that a suite).

First Impression of room: 2 pubic hairs remaining in tub; microwave didn't work; carpet old; toilet overflowed on last day.

The rooms were filthy, smelled like mold, tiles in the bathroom were falling off and the fans in 3 of the 4 bathrooms didn't work.

However we found the hotel clean and well equipped, with excellent air conditioning, de-humidifiers, safe, fridge and microwave in each room, large bathrooms and lounge space.

The property is next to "Old Town", a combination of shops, restaurants and amusement rides reminiscent of the 1950s-60s, so plenty of restaurant choices within short walking distance.

Bar were lovely, a dry towel was put at the back of the toilet and the free breakfast was wonderful.

They have a Continental breakfast, but we don't usually get going early enough and we usually don't eat till lunch time anyway.

A secondary annoyance was the breakfast bar.

We've stayed at a lot of hotels, and have never seen the zoo around the breakfast bar.

That morning, I told front desk we would be at MGM all day, to please fix fan and send maid service as well.

The pool area was well maintained, the location of the hotel was perfect for us since we were going to Sea World and the front desk staff was always friendly.

The lobby and the pool/spa areas were also clean and inviting.

The staff was friendly, the pool wasn't dirty the spa/hot tub was nice and the sheets were clean.

The pool was fantastic, heated and the spa was great.
