The airport was 23 minutes drive away. The whole staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. I got a decent sized and brand-new room with hot tub and drinks, for example.

Everything was great, even so a few employees were quite rude.

There was nothing I didnt like.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable & room was decent sized. In general the staff were superbly friendly and amicable.

The location was marvellous, in the middle of jackson, it's a plus.

The location was great, for example, South Side Church of God was not very far from the hotel. The personnel where exceptionally nice and accommodating and made us feel welcome.

The suite was brand-new and had a nice bathroom. The staff was pleasant, doing great job. It was a marvellous location adjacent to South Bend, IN as well as several restaurants.

Fairly clean and bright hotel, affable staff and comfortable beds. Convenient location close to everything you would need, in the very comfortable area. The pool area is nice too. Not to mention free wifi! My favorite property in South Bend.

Our room was sparkling clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the highway but no noise at night. Breakfast was good. I had a great stay at Comfort Suites!

I had read some negative reviews about the housekeeping service, but during my stay, my room was cleaned every day and I had fresh towels without needing to request them. I'll recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Hotel was newly remodelled and bright, we thoroughly enjoyed this place.

Everything was nice, good service, great location near restaurants, and South Bend for work. The staff was really helpful and affable and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Had immaculate suite with hot tub and drinks, for instance. A microwave and a refrigerator were a plus.

This hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and entertainment options. The spacious rooms are comfortable and clean, with helpful and friendly staff. The indoor pool and hot tub are great for relaxing after a long day.

The air conditioning units in some rooms can be quite loud, potentially disturbing sleep.

Great way to end our weekend. Bright, 3-star hotel with accommodating staff and good wifi. Friendly service overall. Easy check-in. Great spot next to restaurants, the casino, and South Bend for work.

Super friendly staff, large and comfortable rooms with couch and amenities, clean and comfortable beds, kids loved the pool area, good choice of nearby eating options, well-stocked and tasty breakfast options.
