The room here was really comfortable with a kitchenette and the staff were so polite and friendly; the location was amazing and super convenient to everywhere we wanted to visit.

When I arrived, the elevator smelled like someone had vomited in it. There was no evidence, but the smell persisted for a couple of hours. The next morning it was gone, but it was an unpleasant introduction.

It was easy to get a Hearing Accessible room with a kitchenette and fridge here; the price was reasonable, and the location is perfect for exploring downtown.

The breakfast was free, the check in was early. There were climate control, flat-screen television and a refrigerator in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The staff was very very helpful and helpful, providing a great service. Location: the hotel was near grocery store, a plaza and the services.

Conveniently, the rooms come equipped with a fridge and microwave, making it easy to store and prepare food. 👍

The girl that worked the night shift was very rude. Toilet was clogged entire stay. The last time we called to ask if someone could unclog it no one came. Mind you we did not clog it. The room I thought I was getting in the pictures was not the room I got.

The location of this venue is fantastic, close to hospitals.

The bed where nice and showers had nice presser lots of hot water.

The musty smell in the hallways going the rooms. The breakfast was ok. We just eat there the first morning then eat else where after that.
