Comfort Suites North Houston - 休斯敦

We have stayed at the Houston Comfort Suites North (I-45 and FM 1960 on Overland Trail) several times, including one extended stay.

Being road warriors we really appreciate the consistency of service and room quality we have found at this hotel.

Looks as if Comfort Suites North in Houston will not have any of our business.

Also I'm looking into a Comfort Suites complaint department.

I didn't like the beds - there were not fitted sheets so the bottom sheet kept coming off all night.

The breakfast area has three tables in it.

It was allowed to walk all over the front desk area, which I found disturbing since the breakfast area is pretty close.

The breakfast is excellent and the position is very nice.

The hotel itself is fine but the front desk employees are the worst I have ever dealt with.

An employee at my company asked to check out three days early and the woman behind the front desk said it was not a problem and that a refund for those three days was forthcoming.

The front desk manager said she would talk to her front desk general manager.

Next I spoke with the front desk general manager herself and she told me she had to speak with the hotel general manager.

The hotel is wonderful and lobby are always very clean.

Also - this hotel is in a parking lot behind a bank.

Their children were in the lobby every morning unattended.

Everyone there is courteous and helpful and the rooms and lobby are always very clean.

The hotel is wonderful, clean, the staff is very helpfull, quiet and also it has smokers rooms.
