The breakfast was nice and hot. The check-in process was simple. The room I booked was brand new and well-equipped with a newly renovated large bathroom. The hotel's location is comfortable, very close to shops and restaurants, university of Dayton, a baseball tournament, and a restaurant.

The place was upgraded and clean, with an efficient staff. Great location; close to a tournament and Miamisburg. The room was neat, with a writing desk and a couch.

Great location just 3 miles from a beautiful park called Cox Arboretum Metropark. The room rates are fair. 🌟 Plus, they offer a complimentary breakfast with a variety of delicious food and drinks to choose from.

I had an incredible value at this hotel. The clean and comfortable rooms easily accommodated my family of four girls. The helpful and kind staff made us feel welcomed. The location was perfect, close to everything we were doing in the Dayton area, including the church for our family funeral.

Hotel was very grubby. Mom & daughter travelling. First thing we seen after entering our room was a big bug on the bathroom floor - dead. Hotel was in need of major Reno.

We got great value for our money with a clean and comfortable room at Comfort Suites. The location was excellent, with a Chuck-E-Cheese right across the parking lot. The staff treated us with exceptional customer service and made us feel welcomed.
