The location close to stores and restaurants was convenient and the staff was helpful during our stay. We enjoyed having lunch at a nearby Steak 'n Shake.

Joannie was extremely accommodating! She took the time to make sure my and my colleagues bill were correct. She assisted me in a new reservation and signed me up for your rewards program. With service like that, I will be staying there whenever I go to Lafayette.

Convenient location near downtown, shops, and restaurants, also close to all the shops 🏙️. Rooms are spotless and modern, and the facilities are well-maintained.

I enjoyed the hotel, its clean and updated room. The staff was pleasant. The location was great, especially being close to the highway. Convenience stores and shops were right next door.

Breakfast is perfect with a good variety including 2 types of yogurt, regular cereals, and a nice selection of hot items. The staff here are super friendly and provide great customer service. The hotel employees are really nice and kind to everyone. 😊

The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Each room had central heating and a microwave oven. There was cable programming available. The bathrooms were clean and had a bath. The hotel's location was right next door to the Final Four Tournament, which was convenient.

Really enjoyed my very nice stay on vacation. Really friendly staff, answered all questions. The suite room was included with couch, queen size beds, coffee table.

The breakfast staff. Went to breakfast at 8 am and all three coffee pots were empty. Looked for the staff person and she was in the back texting on her phone. Left and went someplace else.
